Sophisticated Sled Card

| | | | | |

I am having so much fun with the Sophisticated Sled stamp & die bundle. One of the things I love most about the bundle is that it comes with separate dies for the skates. I was able to create a realistic look for the blades by die cutting them from a Silver Foil Sheet. The laces were also die cut separately and easily slip into the slits in the skates to make them look dimensional and realistic.

After die cutting all of the sled pieces, I adhered them to a piece of white cardstock that I embossed with the new Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder. I gave the card a rustic feel by adding a piece of Country Woods DSP (my all time favorite DSP) to the background. I even added a small piece of the DSP to the inside of the card.

I stamped the sentiment on a piece of white cardstock and then die cut it using the banner end of one of the tags from the Greetings of the Seasons dies. Click here for a full supply list of products that I used to make the card.
