Artfully Sent Christmas Card

I just can’t get enough of the Artfully Sent Cricut Collection. I made this super quick and easy Christmas card by re-sizing the card on page 48 of the Artfully Sent booklet to 4¼” x 5½” in Design Space. It distorted the images just a tiny bit, but it’s not noticeable. You can also cut it at 5″ x 7″ with no distortion at all.
I just LOVE the delicate die-cut on the front of the card. I decided to make it as simple as possible, so all I did was adhere a piece of Glacier cardstock on the inside, stamp a few snowflakes in Glacier ink, add a few Sparkles, and stamp a sentiment and I was done! My Explore machine actually did all of the hard work.
The snowflakes and the sentiment on the outside of the card are from the Snowhaven Workshop on the Go Kit. The Warm Wishes sentiment on the inside is from the Best Christmas stamp set. I stamped it with Whisper ink to stand out from the snowflakes a bit.
To get the sparkle on the top of the card to line up with the star on top of the tree on the outside, I closed the card and made a small pencil dot in the center of the star. Then I opened the card and stamped the small snowflake using the pencil dot as a guide. I closed the card again and added the sparkle which was exactly in the center of the snowflake.
I think this is one of my favorite Artfully Sent cards so far and it was probably the one that took the least amount of time to make. Love the faster, simpler, easier cards on this cartridge!

  1. Hi Lisa, I love your card! You mentioned a snowflake and sentiment stamped on the outside of the card, and I see the sentiment under Christmas, but where is the snowflake? Thanks for sharing!

    • Hi Rachel. I am so glad you like the card. I think my post was confusing. What I meant to say was the snowflakes on the inside and the sentiment on the outside. There are actually no snowflakes on the outside. *Ü*
