- If you have ever thought about becoming a Consultant, tell me why you haven’t done it yet.
I did this one time before and you all had some great questions and there were some wonderful comments from other CTMH Consultants. I can’t wait to see what kinds of questions and comments there will be this time!
I will pick a winner using random.org on Saturday. I will also post answers to any questions that are asked about being a Consultant at that time. Of course you are always welcome to email me if you have questions as well.
Thanks again for visiting my little Creative Corner and for all of your support. *Ü*
Do you find that you are doing more classes as opposed to home "parties"? I have just been introduced to CTMY and I love my consultant! You all work for an amazing company!! She is talking me into being a consultant 🙂

Lisa, I am a fellow CTMH consultant from NY! You have no idea how your posts on your blog and/or the consultant BB have inspired me over the years! Thanks so much for sharing your artwork and inspiring me to create! 🙂 Where do you find your inspiration?
Lisa, I am a fellow consultant in TN. I have been with the company for over four years! Up until now, I have just been a 'hobbyist'. However, I have my first Gathering this weekend. Any advice?? 🙂
Congratulations, Lisa! I think your blog is wonderful, full of beautiful creations and great inspiration. I love CTMH products, but I've never really considered being a consultant because, frankly, I don't know enough people.
Just wanted to send you a big cyber high 5, Lisa! Congratulations on your milestone – I've followed your blog for years, and can't tell you how inspired I've been by so many of your posts. Cheers!
I enjoy your blog so much. It helps me to utilize my CTMH products more and more! In addition to being a CTMH, do you work outside the home?
Thanks for all the wonderful inspiration. Your blog is one of my favorites when I need a good idea! I love the idea of becoming a consultant purely for the products and discounts, but I always feel like that's not what the consultant position was really designed for. Do you know many consultants who utilize their status purely for their own benefit, and do they stick with it for the long run? Thanks again!
Your site is wonderful, great ideas, where do you get them ?
Congratulations, Lisa!! I love visiting your blog! It is full of beautiful inspiration. Definitely one of my favorites. 🙂 My question for you is… what's your tip for building your client base as a new consultant?
Being a consultant has allowed me to fund my very addictive scrapbook habit! Plus, I get to do what I love with others who share the same passion as me!
Congrats!!! Love your blog full of inspiration and wonderful tips. I have been a followers for awhile now and also am blessed to be a CTMH Consultant!!! Love it!!! My question is how to build a team when you are all alone (my upline is soooo far away)? thanks peggy lee
Congrats on 250,000 hits- WOW!! My number 1 reason I love being a consultant is all the wonderful people I have met & made some great friends 🙂 My number 2 reason is the discount (& being able to put my earnings toward said discounted product – lol!) Thanks, Lisa – your blog is wonderful & your artwork always inspiring!
Lisa, I have been a consultant for 2 months now (just as a hobbyist) and am hooked on Studio J!! I absolutely adore all of the things that you create. I believe I come on your blog and ooh and aah! Now I am starting to learn how to make cards. 🙂
Congrats on all your hits! I know I stop by everyday! I don't know enough people to do classes, etc., but love the discount. Really love your blog and all the ideas.
Congrats on such a huge milestone in the bloggin' world! What I love most about being a Consultant is the online friendships I've developed and the helpfulness of so many other Consultants. 🙂
Congratulations on your 250,000 hits! I have been a follower for a few years now and I love all of your creations! I wish I lived in your area so I could attend your classes! I have been a consultant for a little over 2 years – mostly as a hobbyist, but am trying to get some workshops started. I love sharing what I do and the products we offer to others who like papercrafting. I've made a lot of great online friends through CTMH.
Congrats! I have been following for about 2 months now and an always excited to see what's new on your blog. I am a new Consultant with CTMH from Camrose Alberta. I am in love with the stamps and found I was spending so much money on them it made much more sense for me to become a consultant. Now, after two months, I am actually making a profit!
Lisa CONGRATS! you are truly and inspiration. I follow your blog closely and love your style! I am a CTMH consultant from Wisconsin and I love it because my clubs force me to create instead of just collect! CTMH is clearly the best 🙂
Congrats! Your blog has such beautiful inspiration and CTMH seems like a great company, what do you like best about working for them?
Congratulations! My question for you is, what's the biggest reward outside of financial reasons for being a CTMH consultant? I've thought about becoming one, but can't right now since we're on work visas living in the US, and my visa doesn't allow me to become a consultant. Maybe one day!
I was a consultant last year, but had to drop due to going back to college. One of my favorite parts of being a consultant was getting to see the new product first!
I enjoy your blog and the great ideas. I am a consultant. I enjoy that at this season in my life I am busy with my children but I can still do enough to keep my status up but not have to feel stressed about it.Then I can go back to hitting it hard when I get the chance. Treena
Congrats on your 250,000th hit. It's all good about being a consultant……….discounts, friendships, the product, etc., etc., etc.
Congratulations on reaching such a great milestone. Are some consultants completely web-based or is there no way to handle the job without gathering people together? Thanks for the chance to win such a wonderful giveaway and I hope you reach 500K visitors in record time!
I am contemplating becoming a consultant. What is the greatest benefit you get from being a consultant?
bernoskykim@yahoo.com
Hi Lisa!
I'm a fellow consultant in Washington, and I LOVE the things you do!!
My question would be, what has been your favorite project/page/card that you have made?
Thanks so much for sharing everything that you do!!
What I love about being a CTMH Consultant: I do not have to stock inventory and I get my supplies at a terrific discount. From the very first Workshop I attended, I was sold on the fact that CTMH does the color matching for me…genius!
I am a junior CTMH consultant in CA. I love the products for personal use. Still to nervous to get in front of a crowd. I love your work! You inspire me! Congrats on so many hits!
One reason I love being a CTMH Consultant is it opened the door for me to meet such wonderful, brilliant, and creative people such as you LISA! I look forward every couple of days checking your blog for a new post. CTMH has blessed me with the opportunity to find you and before CTMH I didn't know what a blog was. WOW, so many avenues to wonder and explore. Thanks so much! Emmy from Winnemucca, Nevada
Your creations are always so beautiful!
I considered becoming a CTMH consultant, but I don't have time to dedicate to hosting parties and going to gatherings. Once I become a full-time teacher (yay!), my focus needs to be on my students and their curriculum.
However, I've heard the term "hobbyist" before, but I have no idea what that means. Is that a different type of CTMH consultant?
Also, thanks for offering the blog candy! It's such a generous gift!
I am am also a CTMH consultant in Tennessee. I love to look at your cards and see what is new.
Hi Lisa, I'm a consultant in California and I'm glad I found your blog because you have such great ideas. Do you come up with all the artwork on your own?
I have always wanted to be a consultant, but it seems our little community is over-run by CTMH consultants! I love the product and haven't bought paper from anywhere else in years!
Please pick me – this would be so cool!
WAY TO GO, LISA! That is quite a milestone and represents a lot of creative ideas for your loyal blog readers! So here's my question: What is the percentage off a consultant receives when ordering CTMH items for themselves?
Your "work" and your ideas are such an inspiration and a blessing to others! 🙂 I came across your blog while looking for a card idea/inspiration. Although, I have thought about possibly becoming a consultant, I'm not sure I would have a large enough client base or enough time to do the demonstrations. How much time do you need each week to devote to your "work" :)? Keep being a beautiful inspiration for all of us! Thanks!

congrats on the blog… being a consultion is what you get when you put into it and by your blog i can tell you have done that well….
Congrats on 250,000 hits Lisa! I'm a Jr. Consultant and hobbyist. I joined CTMH because I love the products. I love reading your blog because you have such great ideas. Thanks for the inspiration!
I have definitely thought of becoming of a consultant over the past 6 months – I have belonged to a hostess club for the past 3 years and I love it. I think now I am waiting for my scrapbook room to be completed so I will have a space to call my own and able to host my own parties – can't wait.
I commented on Facebook, but I'm thinking I need to comment here to qualify for the win!!! So, congrats and I would like to become a consultant one day; now is not the time. I'm very happy with my local consultant and I am planning to move across the country soon. Maybe once we settle in the new home!
I too am a CTMH consultant from MN. I've only been one for 3 months and I wish I had joined years ago! Love the clear stamps/blocks and the versatility they offer. You emailed me personally for some extra support a couple weeks ago and I really appreciated that. Congrats on the 250,000 hit mark!
Hi Lisa,
First off, congratulations on 250,000 hits. It really doesn't surprise me because you are so creative and talented. You are a constant inspiration and I love being one of your downline. Whenever I have a question, you're there to answer it. You're very giving and a wonderful person. I'm truly grateful.
Thanks,
Jaime 🙂
Congrats! I love being able to share my love of scrapbooking with others. I love it when they get as excited as I do about CTMH's new products!!!
Lisa – congrats on your blog milestone! I'm a consultant in Michigan…but feel connected to amazing women (and men) who are consultants across the nation. You are one of those amazing connections – your talent is incredible and enthusiasm for Close to My Heart is contagious! My favorite thing about being a consultant is the connections I make with customers. When they try a new product after a demo, love it and are so proud of their artwork…it's a great feeling to be a part of that!
Congratulations on over 250,000 hits. I love to visit your blog, you do beautiful work. I love the papers and stamp sets that CTMH has and I am thinking about becoming a consultant. Where do you get all your ideas? How long does it take you to make a card?
Congrats on the blog traffic! I'm a frequent flier to your blog because you do such amazing things with paper. I look forward to all your posts, but especially your scrapbook pages. (Hint, Hint);)I've been a consultant for five years and can't imagine not doing it. I love the people and friends I've connected with and stayed connected with through this hobby. Oh, not to mention great products – I hated stamping until I discovered our acrylics stamps and now I own lots!
